Signed up for a "free" consultation and went through the entire process. After discovering that the services were extremely expensive, decided not to use him. About 5 weeks after the "free" consultation, I received a bill for $20 from an x-ray consultation group. After calling Dr. Betts' office, they said that the $20 fee was a part of the "free" consultation that they had promised, but since it was technically from another company, there was nothing they could do about it. So, whether it is the same company or not, it is because of the "free" consultation from Dr. Betts that I now owe someone $20. Something is not right here. I am going to pay the $20 and share my experience with as many people as possible. I think it is important for people to know that sometimes the word "free" actually means $20. Buyer beware with Dr. Betts.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
