They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I would highly recommend them.

I was in the process of making an appointment for my husband to see Dr. Chris Hosenfeld. While looking for their phone number, I came across this site and noticed a 1 star comment. I would like to say that my husband and I along with a few friends of ours have had much better experiences. The atmosphrere is very relaxing while we are treated with the utmost respect. All three doctors are very knowledgable and take their time while performing their adjustments. If you ask them to be more gentle, they are very accomodating. I would also like to say that after just a few visits I noticed a significant reduction in my low back pain, stiff neck and cough. The staff is very pleasant. The physical therapists are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this practice.
