I am a painter by trade and have to sometime bend at odd angles with my roller. As a result, a certain point between my shoulder blades always seems to be hurting. I went to Dr. Allen in severe pain. It felt like there was a knife in my back. Today, roughly 4 months later, I am without pain. It was not magic. I had to work with the good doctor and reshape what I now know to be bad habits with regards to my health.

His staff and him are all friendly and make you feel like a friend more than a patient. They all know me by name now. :) Their location can be a bit tough to see when driving on Riverside Dr. they have a small brown sign that can fade into the surrounding buildings. If you want to try them out (and I highly recommend that you do if you have pain) just look for the park on Riverside with all the flags. They are right across the street from it.
