This is the most unprofessional office I have ever been to--and I have been to many of all types! I went to see Dr. Kellenberger at a co-runner's recommendation. I ended up spending 1.5 hrs. there for a 10 minute procedure! I spent more time with Dr. Medina, who though supposedly a chiropractor as well, did the duties of a medical tech (i.e. heat scan, x-ray, electrode stimulation)! Dr. Kellenberger didn't even look at the x-rays, or discuss them with me, because he was too busy treating more patients than the time slot should have allowed for! He told me they don't discuss x-ray until the next visit because that's just how they do it!!!!!? So he adjusted my back by going on what I said was an area of discomfort and how he would have adjusted everyone else (I presume)! Part of the time I was there, I was subjected to advertising for the health/weight reducing products they are trying to push even though I was not in need of such and they didn't ask for my approval/permission! I will never go back and I will never recommend anyone! In fact I will tell all I know not to go there! I could not get a copy of my x-ray, but they were 'kind' enough to email them since they said the CD Rom drive was not operating that day. I requested one by mailed to me, but never received it!
