Dr. Carter and her LMT staff keep the restrooms well-stocked and very clean. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but with the piles of papers/files, it was obvious they could've used more help. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. When I arrived for my appointment Dr. Carter seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
