Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Our first experience with Lecy Family Chiropractic was for my son. I knew I wouldn't have time to go to the appointment with him and fill out all the new patient forms; but it wasn't a problem! They took all our information over the phone and when my son got there all he had to do was sign the forms! My first experience with them was awesome. I had just had surgery, but had a terrible neck ache and my back was bothering me from all the laying around. They were very cautious with me and worked with me as best as they could (working around my surgery/healing). The whole staff was courteous and compassionate for my pain. I made return visits and each time they gave me the option of what kind of treatment I wanted. I always find their staff to be above and beyond courteous!! Would highly recommend Dr. Tim and Dr. Robin to anyone!!
