I recommend anyone living in Des Moines to visit Dr. Lisa Bates at Bates Chiropractic Clinic. Dr. Bates has many years of experience and she is always making sure that she is updated in the latest technology and research. Year after year she goes to seminars and brings that knowledge to all of her patients. She is a very caring person; she will become your health advocate and help you with your health goals. She is very genuine and will treat you from a very holistic perspective going a step beyond than other chiropractors in the industry.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
