As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
The reason that they make such an effort to "put on a show" is that they hit you with such a HIGH FEE!!
Milked my insurance to the max and charged me alot of cash on top of it. Rip off!
