I LOVE Dr. Doug and miss going for adjustments since my move out of state. He always is respectful, listens to what issues I am having and provides solid advice for exercises and things to avoid to maximize my treatment plan. What started out as adjustments for a hip/muscle problem which we resolved completely in 6 weeks-turned into a 10-15 year relationship. He was always the first Dr. I asked whenever I had a new ache or pain. When my knees started bothering me when getting up from a chair, he told me this was not part of aging and gave me three exercises to do. When I had right elbow pain off and on for two years, which interrupted my sleep, I finally asked him about it. He asked if I worked on a keyboard most of the day and did I use the number section on the right a lot. Turns out my pain was muscular, not joint and he showed me how to reduce the pain (two yrs later and I only occasionally have aching in my elbow.
