Today was my first visit and WOW, I am already 50% more mobile than how I walked in. He made 3 big adjustments on my twisting spine and I gained 2 1/2 inches back in mobility. I have quite a bit more pelvic corrections to go before I can say I'm recovered from my stair fall on my pelvic area almost 3 yrs ago, but I am well on my way back in one visit! He and his staff will tell you way more than you can process in that visit, so I am going to read the book to try to catch up!
