the doctor is ok but his office manager (his wife) says things then backs out. She told my fiance on her initial appointment "dont worry you dont need a prior auth'' now we are stuck with a 200 and something bill. all because she refuses to bill the insurance company with the correct codes provided to my fiance by the insurance company. the lady from the collection agency was crapy to my fiance when she told her she had been unable to work this year due to the fact she has been battling cancer
