They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
