When I started my therapy with Betsy I was struggling a lot. I had already lost the control over food and my life.When I met her, she gave me that hope to know that one day I will be able to recover from this. During the time that I have been seeing her she has helped me a lot. I have been seeing many positive changes over the time.
She gives you different tools to cope with your struggles, she is patient and she is always there when you need her. I know it is a long journey but with her help and support is much easier. She is really an understanding person and I am so thankful to God that he sent me just the right person to help me on this journey to recovery. Betsy has made me understand that is not just about food but there is a lot more that comes behind it. She make me believe in myself that I will overcome this battle. Overall she is a great therapist and human being. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is struggling with eating disorders. She is the best.

Betsy is a much a therapist as a nutritionist! It was a process over time to really understand my eating habits. She was very flexible in helping "uncover" one layer at a time and was patient the weeks that I didn't stick to my goals. She provided me a whole list of great ideas and suggestions that I use daily in keeping my eating in check. She did not push a specific food plan but tailors a plan (if needed) to your lifestyle and budget. Betsy is always easy to reach with questions and responds quickly. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I will continue my work with Betsy - she is a great resource to have. You won't find anyone who cares more about your success than Betsy!
