Therapeutic bodywork includes:
Excellent health enhancing treatments including deep tissue/sports massage, myofascial release, relaxing Swedish, acupressure and assisted stretch. A typical session may include a combination of these modalities, each treatment being customised to meet the unique needs of the day. Particular skills include treating neck and shoulder dysfunction, restoring pain free mobility to hands and feet, post-operative bodywork to reduce scar formation and accelerate healing.
Post treatment exercise & stretch recommendations are offered in our in-house movement studio, using chi kung and tai chi chuan as an inspiration to turn mind and body movement towards greater health potential.
