I have been a patient at this office for a decade, and I ended all contact with them today. Not only has the receptionist frequently forgotten to order refills for my prescription, given the pharmacy my wrong name AND address, and never called me back, but today, she essentially told me I'm on my own. My previous psychiatrist left the practice, and I knew I had to make a new appointment, so I called with 10 days left of my prescription and told the receptionist I needed a refill. She said that i needed to make an appointment with one of the current doctors, but I couldn't see one until September. I told her that wasn't acceptable and that I needed to get in sooner (and that I could come in at literally anytime), and she sighed and said, "well, go to the ER I guess". I hung up on her. I'm sorry, but in what world are you allowed to keep your job when you give an answer to someone who has been a patient for years and is simply looking for help? Never, EVER use this establishment.
