Her initial consultation was over an hour of discussion about my lifestyle, exercise habits, and pain history to get an overall picture of well being, and possible root causes beyond the obvious injury. She gave me several exercises to do at home (even emailed follow-up instructions) to help strengthen areas to prevent future injuries. Incredibly helpful, and I felt immediate relief from pain that I'd been nursing for over a week. Would highly recommend for dancers, athletes, and people who are hard on their bodies.
