This office is so unprofessional. They cancel your appointments for the holiday or a snow storm ( which is more than fine) however, they attack you and tell you that you at fault for canceling the appointment. This happened to me several times already. This office has no idea what CUSTOMER SERVIC MEANS. I also watched the dentist fight with a 16 year old regarding her retainers. Extremely unprofessional office and dentist. The young girls working the front desk don't have a clue either. Complete joke and waste of time. Dr.Pareek has 0 customer service skills and has an attitude on top of it.
I would not recommend this dentist at all.

Excellent. Scared of dentist bud the whole staff made me feel comfortable. Believe or not but i am looking forward to my net visit. The Dr. gave me a plan and i am very satidfied.
