Staff was friendly upon arrival. Upon exit however, the receptionist became argumentative over the deductible which I know had been met 3 months ago.

Couple that with the ambiguous answers I received when attempting to confirm through Dr. Swanson when treatment would actually begin.

The waiting area is empty, no one else to treat, why do I have to wait 1 week for my next appt. and still not get treated possibly? Why make unnecessary appts. 1 week out when you can treat same day. Enjoy the 150.00, Dr. Swanson. My family won't be using ELITE ever again, PERIOD.

They are shady, they avoid answering questions directly and argue/lie come pay time... I ask you, how would you review this? I ran that health savings card just 1 day before with no issue at another medical practice and 1 day later ELITE say its cash only because deductible not met... crooks. Plain and simple. Find another facility.

If I could give a negative score, I would. I am SO disappointed in this place. I used to go on a regular basis 5 yrs ago to try to get my back and neck back in alignment consistently and in good health. After a year, I no longer had the money or the time, especially without significant results. I mean, I literally went in the hole (that took me a long while to dig out of) to keep going here. But I had loved going and LOVED Dr. Shayla. Then a few months ago, I hurt my back worse than I ever had before: I was in excruciating, debilitating pain, could barely move w/o more pain, I mean, it was worse than my 30 hrs of back labor! So, I call up Elite, tell them I'm in horrible pain, and need help, and could they help with that. She said yes, and set up an appt for later that day. But, I saw their new dr...and he was terrible! He talked to me like I was an idiot, asked me personal questions that had NOTHING to do with the severe pain I was in, droned on and on about what's what in the back, what they do there, asking me questions along the way like I'm an idiot, even asked me questions that were more emotional/mental as if he were a psychologist (like why did I laugh at something I said "was it to prevent you from getting angry"? What the crap does that matter to you??)... he even asked if I was interested in long-term health care of my back, or just a treat the current problem and move on. I told him I did not have the money or the time for long-term care, I just needed help to get out of the excruciating pain I was currently in. He essentially ignored what I had said, and went on and on about the benefits of long-term care, and kept saying "IF you are accepted as a patient here...". Excuse me? What the heck does that mean? Then he poked and prodded on me, and when he found that pushing down hard on my head while twisting it hurt, he repeated it... TWO MORE TIMES, while saying, "yeah, see, here we have..." PAIN, guy, we have pain - that YOU are causing! Had to stand through x-rays, and more questions. This lasted for about an hour, all the while I feel like I'm going to die I'm in so much pain, and I can tell, he did not give one iota of care or concern for me or my condition. AND, I received NO treatment. He wanted me to come back to go over my x-rays and results and treatment plan (even though I had already told him I didn't want that), and he insisted that bring someone with me, but didn't really want to tell me why - I had to pull it out of him. And, he was pushing for me to bring my 14 yr old son! When I checked out, the other dr said, "ok, looks like that's going to be an investment of only $20". A few weeks later, I received a bill for around $75. Seriously??? For what?? I was treated horribly, and left in MORE pain, and literally sat in my car, outside their door, balling for five minutes b/c of what had happened. I went home, called another chiro in the area, got in first thing in the morning, RECEIVED TREATMENT IMMEDIATELY, and by the end of the week, I was walking and no longer in torture. I continued to see Dr. Eggleston for a couple months until I was in a really good place. HE helped me. HE understood. Elite is a joke. I don't see any part of the Hippocratic Oath being followed there.
