My 8 year old son, Nicholas and I began treatment just over 2 years ago. In the 2+ years under Chiro One's care, I've made significant strides. I no longer experience any discomfort/pain in my hip, shoulder, and ankle. My posture and range of motion has improved noticeably. More than 20 years ago, I was rear ended at a very high speed and I suffered neck trauma and injury to my soft tissues around my neck and right shoulder. I wish I knew then, what I know today. Reversing 20 years of damage is significant, but in just two years I am amazed the success achieved through spinal manipulation and therapy. I am also running several miles a week which was unheard of prior to my treatment at Chiro One. Oh, and did I mention that I don't suffer from seasonal allergies
any longer. Last but not least, my 8 year old son has also benefited greatly under Dr. John's care. He is stronger and his arc of life is beginning to show positive curvature. I have also observed improvements in his focus and concentration. His seasonal allergies are gone too! Neither one of us have been sick since our treatment. If a cold comes on, one adjustment knocks it out of our system. Dr. John is great. He really cares about the wellbeing of his patients.

Thanks to everyone at Chiro One, I can honestly say that I have not felt so good for a very long time. Dr. John has helped me understand how to keep my body healthy through diet, and exercise. I have no more tingling in my fingers, no more neck pain, and
