Individual or family sessions available I believe in a client- centered approach to therapy that is focused on utilizing your strengths and resources to help you work towards living a healthy, fulfilling life. Counseling techniques that I commonly utilize are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Intervention, Family Systems Therapy, and Play Therapy (for children).
