Alexandra Economy, RD, LD, received a Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from the University of Wisconsin- Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Alexandra completed her dietetic internship at the Minneapolis Veteran Affairs Medical Center in 2010. She is a registered and licensed dietitian and a current member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Minnesota Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is passionate about nutrition and her specialties include planning and cooking meals that are good for you and most important, taste delicious!
