I designed comforting and unusual menus (code for unaccustomed flavors and foods) & nutrition services at hospitals and nursing homes.
My teaching arsenal is brew of scientific discoveries, old medicine, culinary traditions, healing foods from around the world.

I studied a bit. Earned degrees, certificates and some very useful skills. (Bachelors - Zoology, Botany & Chemistry, Masters - Biochemistry, Clinical Nutrition, Registed Dietitian, Post Masters - Cancer Nutrition, Functional Foods, and a few surprising things.

All sessions are conducted and recorded over a secure confer line over the phone. You get the recording within 30 minutes of the session and a digital summary and resources via email within 12 hours.
Sessions can chosen as needed or as a part of a 6 - 12 week custom packages.
