Office manager very organized and helpful and shows care for you as a patient. Dr. Raele develops long term relationships with his patients, cares for their well being and always takes time to talk with them to see how things are going and what changes if any, need to be made to their medications for their benefit.

Whenever I see them, they make me feel like I'm their only client. I've always felt very respected. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Dr. Raele has helped me theough every hurdle ive had to cross in my life to this day. I hope to continue seeing him, godwilling, for all my mental heaklth needs. He is very intelligent and knows exactly what meds (if any) that you may need to help cope with any past trauma or life changes you endure. I RECOMMEND DR. CHARLES RAELE TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE WHOM IS WHOLEHEARTEDLY LOOKING FOR HELP....NO MATTER WHAT YOUR CASE MAY BE! dr, if you happen to read this i just want to thanl you for all youve helped me through!
