They went over my X-Rays with me in detail. I felt much more comfortable beginning treatment knowing exactly what was wrong with me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved.
