Nancy Bryant’s Immigration Adversity Documentation strives to collect, validate and transcribe medical and mental health documentation to help your psychologist/psychiatrist to complete an accurate report of your social history and collect to collect and validate other medical information needed to demonstrate the cumulative effect of separation of families and correlate the psychological, psychiatric and medical illness to enhance the process of most common waivers: Extreme Hardship (I-601A) and Disability Waivers (N648). We include the short term and long term psychological effects regarding separation on children.

Services We collect, validate and transcribe medical and mental health documentation for Psychologists and Psychiatrist to enhance the social history and other important information needed to demonstrate severe hardship to the immigration officials. We receive referrals from lawyers and immigration assistants.

After the information is gathered we work with your psychologist or Psychiatrist to provide them with the focused information to enhance their report to the immigration officials about how a separation would create a severe hardship for your family. By doing this step at our office, the cost of the documentation is considerably less expensive
