Finding balance and peace in one's life is essential. As a solution focused therapist, my goal is to help you reach your potential, discovering your true self. I come from a holistic approach encompassing the psychological, physical, emotional and spiritual aspect. If you are looking for support and guidance through the many challenges in life or you are ready to move in new directions, I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and have Advanced Certification in working with people with advance/chronic illness. I will be starting a group for adults diagnosed with Cancer in the near future. Please call me for an individual, couples or family therapy consultation. My office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 7:00 pm.

She paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but this building is handicap accessible. I was confident that she was using the latest treatment methods. I appreciated that she was still concerned about my health even after I left the office. She followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is the high level of customer service. Her full attention is always on me and she never takes personal calls during my appointment. I trust her 100% and she always makes me feel comfortable & safe. I can tell that she doesn't judge me and she really wants to help me get better.
