Sylvia Di Lorenzo is a highly trained and accredited yoga instructor that specializes in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction in Southwest, Florida (FL). This very unique mindfulness practice helps cultivate greater awareness of the mind, body, feelings, unconscious thoughts, and behaviors that can harm emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
