At Heritage Family Chiropractic we use a hands-on approach to treating conditions that range from lower back pain to neck stiffness to sciatica. We are alternative medicine doctors that use a hands-on approach to health care. Our procedures for fixing back pain are proven and effective. As chiropractors we try and keep the individuals of the greater Bridgton, Maine community from having to take pain medications and other prescription drugs to help with there discomfort. As Doctors of Chiropractic we address the area or pain by using our hands to fix the underlying problem instead of telling our patients to take a medication that will only temporarily mask and cover-up the symptoms.
At Heritage Family Chiropractic and Heritage Integrative Healthcare we use an integrative model to help individuals to live the healthiest and best possible lives. We use our extensive nutritional clinical training to help patients correct some other health goals like losing some weight or avoiding certain irritants that may cause some stomach and intestinal issues. With a nurse on sight, our clinical nutrition background and hands-on approach we are able to provide an unique service to the southern Maine community.
