Evolution Sports Physiotherapy rocks! After two months of PT at a renowned Baltimore hospital my lower back pain only got worse. My PCP insisted I go see Yoni at Evolution Sports, and I wish I had gone there immediately. Instead of the generic "you need to strengthen your core" routine he took the time to separate the underlying cause from all my secondary symptoms. He was genuinely concerned with my progress, or lack thereof, and adjusted the PT accordingly. This did not only include exercise and spinal manipulation but also dry needling, which was very effective for me. Yoni is very easy to connect with, and he took the time to teach me everything I wanted to learn about my back. Sarah at the front desk was always helpful and proactive in dealing with my insurance and scheduling appointments, and there appears to be a great team spirit among all staff. The facilities are clean, state of the art and surprisingly spacious, and conveniently located off of I-83/York Rd. And though I'm cured now, I still stop by every now and then to say hi because that's the kind of place it is.
