She has been practicing in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy for 10 years and uses Pilates as a tool for rehabilitation. She teaches mat classes as well as privately on the Pilates apparatus. Jane's medical and Pilates experience compliment one another allowing her to develop safe, unique, individualized programs for each client focusing on the Pilates principles. She specializes in pre and post natal, sport-specific, osteoporosis, arthritis, and general fitness. She has a passion for Pilates and wants to share Joe Pilate's works with others.
