While waiting for my appointment to start I noticed my back started to hurt because they have the cheap plastic kind of chairs in the waiting room.
This office always postpone or runs behind for all there appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone . They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. The music/TV they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. NO ONE wears ID badges nor do they ID themselves.
