They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The appointment far exceeded any preconceived ideas I had about how it would go. It was great. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
