I believe in the power of each individual to live and be well. My philosophy of healing involves mind-body-spirit, as they are all connected within us. I apply a variety of therapeutic and coaching techniques, with a major focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychology and individual problem-solving, but I also employ a holistic approach with emphasis on breathwork, meditation, goal setting, and mindfulness. The therapeutic relationship is key to self awareness and the healing that can result. My expertise is in working with people with chronic health conditions.
