I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was extremely pleased with the chair they provided me during the session. It was SO comfortable I didn't want to leave. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
