I love this pharmacy. I use it mainly for daughter.The staff members are always so helpful and the location is convenient (located next to Coastal Pediatrics Assoc.). We are always welcomed upon entering and I have not had any problems with their customer service or inaccuracy of prescriptions. Their customer service is speedy yet precise. I transferred from CVS Pharmacy to Herold's and I'm glad I did. The pharmacy is always clean and they even have a small play area for children which is really helpful while waiting. Especially with a busy 17 month old! I also saw one of the staff members disinfecting the toys with disinfectant wipes one day, which shows that they are concerned with the health and well being of their customers. Hassle free and highly recommended!You guys are doing a wonderful job!Rivers Family

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
