This egotistical jerk arrived 4+ hrs late to his surgery center for my basal joint replacement on my thumb, then screamed at me for sucking on a piece of hard candy (I am hypoglycemic). He butchered my thumb. A real surgeon stated he should have fused it. Costas needlessly hurt me at every follow-up visit. When he told me the surgery failed he blamed it on me - quote "you are too flexible". Then the jerk got up and left the room. I regret EVER crossing paths with him. He should do us all a favor - take his facade of soft-spoken courtesy he uses to sell a surgery, take his ego, and take his poor surgery "skills", and RETIRE. I certainly would have been better off.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They are definitely one of the best surgeons I've ever seen. I was amazed by how knowledgeable they were.
