I definitely didn't make progress during my sessions. I actually think I'm worse than I was before I started going. I would never recommend them to anyone. They made my situation even worse. One thing that's been so annoying about Charles Marotta, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
