There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Dr Baskin is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He is a strong Christian man who actually CARES about his patients. Occasionally, I may have to wait a few extra minutes but that's because he spends so much time with his patients. It's not unusual for him to spend a half hour to an hour during my office visit. He's well respected by his peers and especially Work Comp. my WC caseworker once told me Baskin was considered by WC as one highest respected doctors in their their eyes and that his word is gold. And, in fact, WC has never refused me anything for me He has asked for.. He has also done a couple of things that were above and beyond the call of duty.
