They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
