Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
