He told my family my husband had an 80 % chance of survival from surgery to remove a brain tumor. He said nothing about us going to a university hospital.

Then, during surgery, a blood vessel exploded, he said, and we lost my husband.

Dr. Ceslovas Vaicys yelled at me in front of my stepdaughter and said I "should have gone to a university for the surgery."

He was cold and merciless and my husband was the one who had died. I understand the doctor tried and had a bad outcome but to scream at me for not taking him to a university when my husband had said he wanted Dr. Vaicys to do the surgery.

This doctor moves every three years. He is like a medical fugitive.
