The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
