They were cold and not friendly enough. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.
He saw my son in ER and told me flat out I was the worst Mother he ever met.
I respected his knowledge and felt my sons needs were important, so I took his insults.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
