I live Dr. Bigler. She was able to diagnose a problem I had been dealing with for years that other doctors were telling me was in my head. She is always informative, patient and caring. I feel listened to and like we are both trying to work towards a solution, unlike a lot of other doctors that disregard my input. I always have to wait well past my appointment time, which is worth it to me because I know she will give me the same time and attention, but others may be put off by the amount of time sitting in the waiting room. Front desk staff is hit or miss depending on their mood, but anything slightly uncomfortable is worth dealing with in order to see Dr. Bigler.
