I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
