With nearly 30 years in practice, Dr. Kathleen Perry has developed an approach to healing that follows three fundamental principles:

1. We need energy to produce energy.
Our bodies are designed to absorb and assimilate energy that comes from natural sources. This is the purest form of energy and healing there is.

2. Before healing can begin, we must first address areas of blockage.
Acupuncture and physical forms of therapy (chiropractic, massage, exercise) are the most effective ways to get energy moving again. At Perry Wellness, treatment always begins with this first step.

3. Functional capacity is correlated with metabolic capacity.
Once energy is flowing again, your body needs building blocks to repair 'sick' tissues in the body. Biochemical imbalances--those that make you feel slowed-down, overwhelmed, and stuck--must be corrected in order for healing to occur. At Perry Wellness, we use a range of nutritional protocols to address the specific imbalances that are unique to each person, including weight-loss programs, nutritional counseling, and sophisticated lab tests that target enzyme and hormonal deficiencies.
