My expertise is in helping clients struggling with high levels of stress, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief (unresolved, complicated), work and career issues, life transitions (marriage, pregnancy, postpartum, caregiver issues, women's issues, aging, divorce, unemployment, etc.), or/and parenting concerns
I provide individual and group psychotherapy for adolescents, adults and older adults. My groups are weekly and ongoing for adolescents and adults who want to learn the most effective ways of coping with anxiety and depression and living with ADHD.
