My mother has fought with mental wellness all her life. Our relationship was void due to the manipulating and my need for healthy boundaries.

She is in her 60's now, and for the first time ever she is strong emotionally, spiritually and physically.

The past 2 years have been the best of her life, and I thank God that she has been able to achieve this at last.

She now has a relationship with me and her grandchild. Such a blessing.

She also attends Trinity AME Church with Paster Govan. The music, fellowship, and the teachings have been a lifesaver.
It is not the faith of my mother, and they have always been supportive of her chosen Faith while at the same time they have been the key to her spiritual growth, which is what it's all about..
