The counselor was no nonsense and discussed some pretty deep issues with my child. While I liked the counselor, I had some difficulties with the front office staff. Before treatment began, I gave them my health savings account credit card and was expecting to be charged. Little did I know they weren't charging me. When they figured out they weren't charging me, it was months later. And since the money was supposed to come out of an HSA, I don't often check the balance. I never received any invoices from the front office and the counselor never said one word about being behind on payments. The COO sent me a nasty email and wholly put the blame on me for not calling them to charge me. Without an invoice, how was I supposed to know? After I took care of the payment, the COO asked that I prepay for each session, which I thought odd as the paperwork they sent to me said they would bill AFTER each session. I questioned the honesty of the COO at this point. The counselor and I were happy to end the sessions shortly after this time. If needed, I will be seeking a different counseling office in the future as I don't trust that this office was being truthful with me. I did triple check the charges to make sure there were no other billing issues and there were not. They did end up charging me the correct amount.

Hi Darin. Chockey;

It has been brought to my attention by some members of the sexual offenders treatment groups on Mon - Fri 3, 5, and 7 pm @ Indian School office that there is potentially an issue in need of a resolve.

Issue at hand is a therapist of namesake Tina Garby mis-representing herself of academic credentials and of sexual identity.

We wish not to create conflict but to avoid such, however if credentials can be proven then that issue has been resolved and warranted closed.
However if sexual orientation can/is/will be proven that said therapist is non-heterosexual, and even though qualified, this does raise a issue within the courts and juries that a possible suit could arise.

Your prompt response and awareness is most appreciated.
Thank you, Trevor.
