It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
